Keith joined the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) in 2013. He has extensive experience in senior IT management and executive roles held in a number of government organisations. As the Chief Information/Digital Officer for COPFS, he has leadership and overall management responsibility for delivering and developing enterprise digital services to staff located in over 50 offices throughout Scotland and to external stakeholders and users of the Scottish justice system. He is responsible for creating and leading the delivery of COPFS’ digital strategy. His current priorities include implementing COPFS’ digital strategy, which sets out an ambitious and comprehensive vision for using digital technology and innovation to further transform the delivery of user focused services and to improve the way the organisation works. Keith is a member of the senior programme delivery board responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Scottish Government’s Justice Digital Strategy, and is currently leading the implementation of innovative digital and information solutions to improve services to citizens. Keith completed an MBA (with Project Management) in 2015.
