National Police Coordination Centre (Confirmed)
Detective Inspector Frankie Westoby is currently on secondment to the National Police Coordination Centre (NPoCC), from the Metropolitan Police. Prior to joining NPoCC, Frankie was the Staff Office to the National Mental Health and Policing Lead, a role she carried out for several years. During this time she worked closely with Lord Adebowale on the Independent Commission on Mental Health and Policing and the implementation of many of the recommendations from the report.
Frankie joined the police service in 1997 and has completed roles across, Territorial Policing, Public Order, Intelligence, Specialist Operations and HQ Functions. Frankie is a Hostage Negotiator and Post Incident Manager.
