Georgina Henley

Head of the Justice and Emergency Services Programme - techUK

techUK is the trade association set up to champion the technology sector and prepare and empower the UK for what comes next. It is the UK’s leading technology membership organisation, with more than 850 members spread across the UK. Georgie’s role is to create a voice for members active in the justice and public safety markets. Her programme acts as a platform for collaboration, from engaging with industry and stakeholders to understand the latest innovations, to the role technology plays in the frontline delivery of critical public safety services.

Prior to joining techUK, Georgie managed a Business Crime Reduction Partnership (BCRP) in Westminster. She worked closely with the Metropolitan Police and London borough councils to prevent and reduce the impact of crime on the business community. Her work ranged from the impact of low-level street crime and anti-social behaviour on the borough, to critical incidents and violent crime.
