Adam Hicks, CPA, PMP, is a Project Director with the Ministry of Justice in Saskatchewan, Canada. He led the case management replacement project for Saskatchewan’s Court of Queen’s Bench, which is the highest trial court in the Province with 40 justices who hear family law, civil, small claims, wills & estates, and bankruptcy cases in nine Judicial Centres across the Province. The project amalgamated four unique and mostly manual systems into one streamlined Provincial integrated IT system including Master Scheduling, Local Scheduling, Case Tracking and Financials. Adam is a graduate of University of Regina and passionate father of two who has a seemingly tireless appetite for community volunteering. Adam currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Regina, Saskatchewan School Board of Trustees.
