From what time can I enter the exhibition hall on the show opening day?
Exhibitors will be able to enter the halls from 08:00 – 20:00 on 26th June 2018.
Is there WiFi available inside the hall?
Yes, but it is highly recommended that you order a hard wire internet connection for your stand via the Exhibitor Manual, as the free WiFi is public and only strong enough to send and receive emails.
Is it too late to order my exhibitor badges?
No please order your exhibitor badges here.
If ordered before 12th June 2018 they will be posted to you approximately 1 – 2 weeks before the event.
If you have missed the deadline, badges can still be registered via the above along with any amendments and can be collected onsite from 2pm during build-up or from 8am on the show morning.
Where can I order a data scanner and where do I collect it from onsite?

These can be collected onsite from outside the organisers office from 2pm on Monday 25th (build-up) or from 8am on the morning of the show.
I am a shell scheme exhibitor, can I arrive before 2pm on build-up?
No, if you have a shell scheme stand please do not arrive any earlier than 2pm on the 25th June as your stand will NOT be ready.
Do I need to wear a HiVis jacket onsite?
Yes, if you forget to bring a High Vis vest then they can be purchased from the busniess centre in ExCel.
I am only bringing a couple of things for my stand can I arrive on show open morning to set up my stand?
We strongly recommend you take advantage of the extra time and set up on the 25th June (build up) to ensure that your stand is ready for show open. You can arrive on the 26th June (show morning) from 8am but please note that you will only have 1 hour till the show opens.
Will there be any accessible storage for exhibitors during the show?
Unfortunately we do not have any exhibitor storage, please store all your empty boxes in your vehicles ready for breakdown.
Is there free WiFi available at the venue?
Free Wi-Fi is available across ExCel London. This free service is suitable for very basic internet requirements only. The wireless network is not secure, and not supported. If you are highly reliant on a strong internet connection then we do recommend ordering additional internet, please see the Order forms tab for more information.
What is the process for sending deliveries to the show?
You must be onsite to sign for courier deliveries to your stand – the venue or organisers will NOT sign for these on your behalf and you risk having your delivery turned away.
You will also not be able to deliver any items in advance of the event.
Deliveries to the venue can only be made between:
14:00 – 20:00 on Monday 25th June 2018
All packages must be labelled correctly to ensure they are delivered to the correct hall and stand.
Can I leave my boxes to be collected on the following day after the show?
It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to remove all stand materials, packaging and waste from the hall. Any items not removed by 20:00 on Tuesday 26th June 2018 , will be removed and disposed of and the removal charge will be passed onto the exhibitor.

Is there a cloakroom available?
Yes, the venue cloakroom is located in the boulevard, on level 0 by entrances N4/S4. The cloakroom is open during show hours. Please note: the venue charge £1 per item.
