Sarah joined Reform in July 2017, keen to explore how robust, evidence-based research can impact policy-making to create better public services for all. Sarah's work so far has focused on education and criminal justice reform, and has developed a particular interest in the critical role of technology and data in creating smarter public services that respond to the complex needs of individuals. Before joining Reform, Sarah completed my BA in History at the University of Oxford and interned at the Ministry of Justice.
